Our events include online and in-person seminars. Our speakers are experts from the football industry such as sporting directors, coaches, experienced football scouts, former professional football players, analysts, managers, and more. Topics of presentations cover the basics of football club operations, scouting department organization, the fundamentals of becoming a football scout, and much more.

You need to register as a member in order to participate in EAS events. All association members have access to information about when and where events will take place and have priority rights to submit their applications for participation.

If you wish to become a football scouts, you need to start gaining experience on the field. You can do that by working on a voluntary or part-time basis with your local football club, and then make your way up into professional football. You also need to combine this knowledge and experience with the right qualifications. National Associations, universities and schools offer various learning opportunities in the field of scouting and recruitment. Once you reach the professional world of scouting, you may submit an application for the UEFA Elite Scout Programme.
